The geomembrane produced by the geomembrane manufacturer is used in Heilongjiang Sanjiang harnessing construction project. The 400g geotextile and 700g raw material composite membrane provided by our company are used for loose drying, tender drying and black drying sections. Sanjiang River Basin in Heilongjiang Province is an important area to ensure national food security, energy security, land security and ecological security. The three river harnessing project is a major decision made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council in river regulation. It is one of the 172 major water conservancy projects determined by the State Council. The total investment is about 22.8 billion yuan, including Heilongjiang, Songhua River, Nenjiang River and Pangtoupao flood storage and detention area. The total length of dike project is 2904 km, 642 buildings are built, and the protection area is 62.92 million mu (38.67 million mu of cultivated land) and 10.74 million people are protected. This is the largest water conservancy project in the history of Heilongjiang Province. The Sanjiang emergency flood control project was started in September 2013, and has been basically completed through the joint efforts of all participating units. The construction of the three rivers treatment project started in May 2015 and is expected to be completed in 2018.
