1. Construction technology

Treatment of slope surface → expansion of cell, determination of anchorage position of drilling hole → removal of reinforcement for anchorage of drilling hole → expansion of cell and anchoring of U-shaped connecting bar and fixation of cell → spraying of mixed base material and covering of non-woven fabric → film uncovering and maintenance.

Jet machine, drilling machine, air compressor, mixer.

3. Construction methods and requirements

a: Slope surface treatment: manually trim the slope surface to make its slope consistent, flat and stable, remove the sediment, floating soil and virtual ballast on the slope surface, and repair the local concave surface with mortar rubble, and chisel the large convex surface.

b: Anchorage position of cell expansion and fixed drilling hole: select a grid room to expand to the slope surface for fixed hole, and then drill hole.

c: Remove the cell, drill the hole and anchor the fixed reinforcement: take down the cell, drill the hole and anchor the F-type reinforcement.

d: Expansion and anchoring of U-shaped connecting bars and fixing of the cells: the cells are opened to the maximum size along the slope and route, and the surrounding areas of the cells are fixed with U-shaped steel anchors with a spacing of 70cm at the top of the slope; the middle is fixed with F-shaped anchors, arranged in triangle with a spacing of 105cm. Fix the riveting joint on the slope.

e: Spray seeding mixed base materials and covering non-woven fabrics: spray the qualified mixed base materials and grass seeds on the slope surface with the spray gun mouth about 1 m away from the slope surface, and the amount of water added shall be subject to keeping the base material mixture flowing and spreading. After spraying, the non-woven fabric of 50g / m2 shall be used for covering.

f: Film uncovering and maintenance: strengthen management after spraying and spray water appropriately (base material mixture should be kept moist). When the seedlings grow to 5-6 cm or 2-3 leaves, remove the non-woven fabrics.

4. Construction precautions:

a. The base material mixture is composed of greening base material, fiber and plant loam soil in a certain proportion; the greening base material is made of organic matter and soil structure improver materials. The original surface soil of the project site or nearby farmland shall be used for crushing and sieving with water content less than or equal to 20%. Waterproof measures shall be taken for the plant loam soil after air drying and sieving; straw and branch can be taken from the site and crushed into 10 ~ 15mm long with water content ≤ 20%. The mixture ratio of base material mixture is greening substrate: fiber: plant loam = 1:2:2 (volume ratio).

b. Green base materials shall be purchased or prepared according to the following technical indicators:

Organic matter,% ≥ 32.0

Humus,% ≥ 10.0

N, P, K (n + P2O5 + K2),% ≥ 4.0

Moisture (free water),% ≥ 30.0

Water absorption ratio, M / m ≥ 6.0

Water stability index,% ≥ 60.0

c. The slope surface should be flat as far as possible, and the loose broken stone should be cleaned up to prevent it from being firmly attached to the slope surface when spraying and mixing the whole base material.

d. The water content of soil layer should be controlled at 40% - 50%.

e. For the selection of grass seed, it is suitable to adapt to the local climate.
