Putty type water swelling waterstop is also known as PN putty water swelling rubber water stop. It is a strip sealing material with water expansion characteristics, which is made of more than ten kinds of materials after intensive training, mixing and extrusion.

The product has high expansion ratio, strong mobile supplement, strong balance and self-healing function after being placed in the construction joint, which can plug the new micro cracks due to settlement by itself. For completed projects, if the cracks leak, the sealing strip can be used to plug the leakage again. Installation method:

1. For the installation with reserved pasting method, the upper water stop bar placement groove shall be reserved in the pre cast concrete (the wood strip can be nailed in the formwork). After removing the first poured concrete formwork, the surface shall be removed to make the joint surface free of water, clean and sundries.

2. Insert the water stop into the reserved groove. If no groove is reserved, the vertical joint can be pasted with adhesive for the whole length, or the water stop strip can be fixed with cement nail and wood strip; the horizontal joint can be directly pasted on the concrete surface. Concrete shall be poured as soon as possible after the sealing rod is pasted. In the process of installation and pasting, it is necessary to prevent water swelling. The water stop bar should be polluted and expanded by water, so as to avoid the effect of using.

3. The product is preset on the interface of concrete construction joint and post pouring joint. After the second pouring of concrete (i.e. in the state of being wrapped by concrete), it can completely block and block the leakage water source. High expansion ratio and strong mobile supplement. The water stop bar placed in the construction joint and post pouring joint has a strong balance self-healing function, which can automatically plug the new micro cracks caused by settlement.

4. For the completed project, if the gap leaks water, the sealing rod can be used to plug the leakage again.
