Due to its good tensile strength, high impact strength, impermeability, acid and alkali resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics, impermeable geomembrane has been widely used in coastal construction industry. At the same time, it is widely used in river dike, reservoir, diversion tunnel, highway, railway, airport, underground and underwater engineering. Geomembrane has become an important material for the construction of modern national economy. The production technology of impermeable geomembrane is also introduced. The comprehensive treatment project of domestic waste in Baishan City includes the expansion project of garbage dump (located in the north side of the existing landfill site of banzigou), the comprehensive treatment center of domestic waste (located at about 600m downstream of the existing landfill site of banzigou), reconstruction project of garbage collection station and addition of source point classification facilities of domestic waste. Fifteen collection stations were reconstructed and equipped with closed compression vehicles and other equipment, with a design transfer capacity of 455t / D; Baishan municipal solid waste comprehensive treatment center with a treatment capacity of 30t / D was built in the downstream of the existing domestic waste landfill site, with separation facilities and aerobic composting facilities; the treatment capacity of the landfill site expansion project was 330 T / D, and the expansion area was 2.83hm2. The total investment of the project is estimated to be 212.8797 million yuan, which is expected to be completed in November 2016.

Main environmental impacts and prevention measures to be taken

The possible adverse effects of the project on the environment mainly come from waste gas, noise, solid waste and waste water. The waste gas is mainly the odor gas and dust generated by garbage; the waste water mainly comes from the waste pressure filter fluid, washing wastewater and domestic sewage; the noise is mainly generated by transport vehicles and landfill equipment; the solid waste is mainly domestic waste.

The landfill leachate produced in the production and operation is collected for seepage prevention, and then sent to the leachate treatment facilities for treatment. After the treatment reaches the standard, part of the leachate is used for plant greening and cleaning, and part of the landfill is not discharged. The dust and malodorous gas produced in the production process can meet the discharge standard. The domestic waste generated will be directly sent into the waste transfer station and treated together with the urban domestic waste, which will not affect the regional environmental sanitation; by taking certain measures for the production noise equipment, the noise at the site boundary can be controlled within the standard limit value, so that the noise does not disturb the residents.
